Luton Hoo Estate is a peaceful location from which to run a business. Set within acres of beautiful parklands and grasslands, we are ideally situated close to local and national travel links. The Luton Hoo Walled Garden was designed by Lancelot "Capability" Brown and established by John Stuart, 3rd Earl of Bute in the late 1760s. At the time, Lord Bute's garden was second only to the Royal Botan. A traditional Estate that once included one of England's finest stately homes, Luton Hoo Estate has successfully adapted to modern demands and is extremely accessible, situated only 32 miles from central London and Heathrow Airport, 2 miles from Luton Airport and 2 miles from Junction 10 of the M1.
The Luton Hoo Estate has been in the hands of the same family since 1903 when it was purchased by the Wernher's. While the mansion house was sold to Elite Hotels in 1999, the main Estate remains in family hands and continues to thrive, evolve and develop.
