About the Business
GKFiX Ltd was formed in 2005 by Joanne Wilson, a retired Police officer who believes that hard work, high standards and excellent staff form the back bone of any company. We are an independent support services provider dedicated to quality and focused on the needs of our clients. We work solely for property management companies undertaking maintenance contracts in residential blocks of flats. Our aim is to be the one stop shop for property managers. All staff wear uniforms, have sign written vans and each carries mobile devices with email in order to report back any problems or issues from site in the first instance.
Any repairs that are needed will be reported, supported by pictures, to the property manager in the first instance. We are then able to arrange for our own maintenance department to attend the repair. This negates the need to call out further companies and keeps all costs down.
